In the year 2021, we commenced our journey with a vision to establish a domestic and international logistics company. By dint of some joint ventures, today we have direct domestic and international presence in over 21 countries including Singapore, U.S., UK, Canada, UAE, China, and Australia. You can register on MyACE Track using your mobile number, and providing few basic personal details such as name, email, & phone number.

You can choose any service among Ground Business, Ground Economy, Express Business and Express Economy for Domestic booking in MyACE Track. For International bookings, you can choose among Express, Self, Express and cargo services. The services available depend on the content type (Document/ nonDocument), the Origin and Destination pin codes and the weight of the consignment.

We accept most types of documents. For parcels which are non-documents, you are requested to send only the content types that are listed in the app. MYACE allows booking of various types of shipment but restricts a few due to legal and technical conditions. The restricted team have been listed under Terms & Conditions, separately for domestic and international consignments (https://www.myacecourierservices.in)

We are not currently providing the packaging services. The packaging has to be done by the end customer. We strongly recommend that you use sturdy, transit worthy packaging materials suitable for the parcel, to avoid any damage to the inner contents, please note that in case of any damage caused due to poor packaging, MYACE will not assume liability of compensation for such damages or loss.

The declared value is the current commercial value / depreciated value (in case electronic items) of the content being sent. The declared value by the customer will be used calculating the Risk Surcharge. As of now, customers can only send shipments to the for declared value up to ₹49999 using MyACE Track.

Risk surcharge is a value-added service made made available for our customers to choose to further insure the value of the content of a shipment in the rare event of damage or loss of a shipment. Risk Surcharge is Measured on the declared value of the content of the shipment. Customers can choose among the 3 options available:

  1. Owner’s Risk: Owner may have his/her own insurance for the shipment
  2. Carrier’s Risk: MYACE assumes responsibility for the value of the shipment
  3. No Risk: Neither the Owner/ Carrier assumes responsibility of the shipment

Customers may pay via Credit / Debit Card, Internet Banking, Third Party Wallets, & UPI.

It can be cancelled by going to the ‘Bookings Summary’ section on the app home page, and then selecting ‘Cancel’. Once you raise a request for cancellation, it will be sent to the relevant team for approval. A representative will call you get your feedback and process the cancellation & refund. The SLA for receiving the refund money is 10-15 working days as per the payment gateway standards. Cancellation will not be possible if the shipment has been booked at the branch.

Initiate a pickup request by filling in your package and other important details. After making the online payment for scheduling the pickup & successful registry, our field executives will be aligned to pick up the parcel from your address as per the agreed/ chosen timings.

We will automatically align our executives to facilitate the pickup request. Our pickup executive will coordinate with you over the phone before attempting the pickup. Our executive will come to your pickup address on the selected day as per your availability and process the order request.

Your order will be picked up on the scheduled date, i.e. the date you select during booking.

You don’t need to print the shipping Label. The biker will bring the sipping Label with him and complete the pickup.

As of now, we do not have option to reschedule, however you can always cancel the order and place a new request, a described above. We are working to provide the reschedule service in the near future.

We charge Rs 100 for scheduling a Pickup for your consignment booked via MyACE App.

Fill in the package details. Select the Origin and Destination Address. Choose Drop-Off if it’s available in the Book option. Once Drop-Off is selected, a list of Retail Outlets is displayed. Choose any Retail Outlet from the list. After successful payment, you have to drop-off your consignment at the Retails Outlet selected during booking. You need to share the Drop-Off code and the AWB number with the Retail Executive to complete the Drop-Off.

The Drop-Off code has been sent via SMS. You can also find the Drop-Off code in the Bookings Summary section of the app Home Page.

No. You have to Drop-Off the consignment at the Retails Outlet selected during booking or in any other Retails Outlet within the city limits, listed in the MYACE Retails Outlets page while booking the consignment. Retail Outlets in any other city will not accept the Drop-Off.

You can visit the MYACE store selected for Drop Off on any working day between 10am-6pm.

We recommend that you drop the consignment at the selected Retail Outlet on the same day as selected during the booking. However, if you fail to Drop Off on the same day, you can drop it on any subsequent day without any charges.

Customers can get their cancelled consignment from the MYACE Retail Outlet or Franchisee at which the Drop-Off was completed.

Dead weight is the actual weight of the shipment. Volumetric weight is the weight based on the actual shipment dimensions. Chargeable weight is the greater of the Dead weight and Volumetric weight.

Please drop an email to customersupport@myacecourierservices.in with the details: 1. Registered Email ID 2. Order ID 3. Amount deducted 4. Time of transaction. We will get in touch with you and process the refund.

A customer representative will reach out to you mentioning that the weight or dimensions were found to be higher than what was mentioned during booking. If we find that any differential amount is required to be paid, they will take your consent on whether you want to pay. If you agree, a payment link will be generated on your email ID. If you are not willing to pay and want the shipment back, the shipment would be returned to you, and the booking cancelled, refunding you the booking amount.

The refund will be processed to your account within 10-15 working days. Thereafter, the same will reflect in the mode of payment you had originally used.
